Returns and Exchange Policy
This is the current store policy for Sadie lou as at March 2022
We thank you for taking the time to read and understand our returns policy to make your shopping experience a great one!!
** Returns for In store purchases**
- You must have your receipt.
- We do NOT offer a refund if you simply change your mind on a purchase. However we do offer a 14 day exchange if goods are returned in original condition with tags and receipt. We have change rooms available for you to try the garments onto ensure you are 100% happy before you purchase items in store.
-If you can not find something suitable to exchange at the time - well that is ok too as we offer you with a store credit valid 3 years.
- Refunds gladly given on faulty goods within 14 days from purchase on manufacturing faults, however After this time it is classified as wear and tear and we can not offer a refund. They must be returned to the store in the original condition with tags attached. We do not take responsibility for wear and tear on items are they have been worn and washed.
**Please not refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If a gift voucher is used a refund will go back to that original payment of store credit will be allocated.
** Returns for Online Purchases**
- If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we offer a store credit. This is valid 3 years. Please note We do not refund if you simply change your mind.
- If your garment is the wrong sizing we will gladly swap it for another size if we still have the item in stock at the time if not a store credit will be allocated.
All returns are to be received back to us within 30 days from placing your order to be eligible for store credit. If returns are received late we have the right to deny them and they will be returned to you.
Please include your packing slip that is sent with your order with the items you wish to return for store credit.

As soon as its received we will issue you a store credit via email hat is valid for 3 years. Please allow 48 hours for this to be processed and excluding weekends.
**Please not refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If a gift voucher is used a refund go back to that original payment and store credit will be allocated.
Liability of Returned Goods
Please use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for lost goods in the post for returns.
If goods are delayed by the courier or postal service an investigation will be launched.
The outcome will determine if a refund will be issued if the goods are lost in the postal process.
If the goods are located through the investigation process and delivery can still take place and then goods are no longer needed this is considered a change of mind and you will be issued a store credit upon return of your item as this is not the fault if Sadie Lou Boutique for the delay.
**Returns on Store Pick up and Local deliveries**
There is the same policy in place of 14 days on returns for wrong fit or does not suit as the store exchanges. Its 14 days from when the order is placed. Not delivered or collected. Please ensure you try on items when you collect your *Please not refunds will be processed by the original payment method used. **Additional non-returnable or refundable items**
Shipping costs are not refundable unless we are at fault.
**There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)**
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and not the fault of the manufacturer
-We have the right to deny these refunds and the item will be returned to you.
