Returns and Exchange Policy

This is the current store policy for Sadie lou as at November 2018.

We thank you for taking the time to read and understand our returns policy to make your shopping experience a great one!! 

 

In store purchases.

- We do NOT offer a refund if you simply change your mind on a purchase.  However we do offer a 10 day exchange if goods are returned in original condition with tags and receipt. We have change rooms available for you to try the garments onto ensure you are 100% happy before you purchase items in store.

-If  you can not find something suitable to exchange your item we will issue you with a store credit valid 3 years.

- Refunds gladly given on faulty goods within 14 days from purchase on manufacturing faults, however After this time it is classified as wear and tear and we can not offer a refund. 

 

Online Purchases.

- If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a store credit. This is valid 3 years. Please note We do not refund if you simply change your mind.

- If your garment is the wrong sizing we will glady swap it for another size if we still have the stock available at the time

- Goods must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of your goods via post.

 

 -Additional non-returnable or refundable items:

Gift cards

Shipping costs are not refundable unless we are at fault.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and not the fault of the manufacturer

-We have the right to deny these refunds and the item will be returned to you.
